Stottler Henke Associates, Inc. (collectively “AWARE SEARCH”)
values your privacy and wants you to be familiar with how it collects, uses
and shares information you may provide to it through its website and
software. In general, AWARE SEARCH will not disclose your Personally
Identifiable Information to third parties (except your credit card
information for payment and processing purposes only) without your
permission. AWARE SEARCH collects this information when you access the Aware
Search website (the “Site”), when you purchase products offered on
the Site and when you sign up for or use the various services (the
“Services”) on the Site. This privacy policy describes the kinds
of information we collect, how we collect it and how we use it. Some of this
information is collected automatically and some is collected only when you
provide it voluntarily.
Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally identifiable information is information that identifies you as an
individual, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address,
login ID and password, and credit card information (“Personally
Identifiable Information”). AWARE SEARCH collects your Personally
Identifiable Information from you when you (a) sign up as a member, (b) make
a purchase, (c) use a Service(s), (d) voluntarily provide it when you use the
Site or Services, (e) disclose it in a public area of the Site (such as a
message board or chat room), or (f) provide it when you communicate with
AWARE SEARCH. Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Non-personally identifiable information is information that does not identify
you as an individual (“Non-Personally Identifiable Information”).
Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information such as your browser
type, the Web pages you view or select, the type of Services you use and the
searches you conduct. AWARE SEARCH may automatically collect certain types of
Non-Personally Identifiable Information from you for statistical purposes of
our Site and for program updates. AWARE SEARCH may collect Non-Personally
Identifiable Information from you when you voluntarily provide it (such as in
response to a questionnaire or survey) or post it to a public area of the
Site (such as a message board).
Cookies. A cookie is a message
that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your
computer’s hard drive. AWARE SEARCH’S cookies contain Personally
Identifiable Information, such as your Login ID and your email address. AWARE
SEARCH uses cookies to (a) store your password to allow you to log in

and policies that govern your use of the Site, (c) keep track of which
shopping cart belongs to you, and (d) for support features. We use cookies
only for operation of our Site. IP Address. An IP address is a
number that is assigned to your computer automatically when you use the
Internet. AWARE SEARCH logs your IP address when you use the Site. We may
collect IP addresses for purposes of systems administration, server problem
diagnosis, to track your use of the Site to compile aggregate information
(such as how many visitors logged on to the Site) and gathering Site
statistics. Your IP address is not linked to your Personally Identifiable
Information.
Personally Identifiable Information.
In general, AWARE SEARCH will not disclose your Personally Identifiable
Information to third parties (except your credit card information for payment
and processing purposes only) without your permission. If you make a
purchase, AWARE SEARCH will use your Personally Identifiable Information for
shipping and billing purposes only to process and fulfill that purchase,
unless you expressly give us permission to use it for promotional and
marketing purposes. AWARE SEARCH may also use your Personally Identifiable
Information to (a) administer and manage your account, (b) include you on our
mailing lists unless you “opt out” of this service, and (c)
advertise, promote and provide product information/notifications unless you
“opt out” of this. In addition, AWARE SEARCH may disclose your
Personally Identifiable Information when we believe in good faith that it is
required by any applicable law or legal process, or if we believe we need to
disclose it to protect or enforce our rights or the rights of our users. Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
AWARE SEARCH may collect certain types of Non-Personally Identifiable
Information from you for statistical purposes of our Site and for program
updates. AWARE SEARCH may collect and disclose Non-Personally Identifiable
Information that you have voluntarily provided (in questionnaires, surveys or
message boards) in connection with improving the services we offer and facilitating
our marketing efforts. In addition, we may combine your voluntarily provided
information of usage of the Site with that of other users to determine which
areas of the Site are most popular. By analyzing this data, AWARE SEARCH can
improve its Site and Services. This “Aggregate Information” does

AWARE SEARCH does not share your

your credit card payment and for shipping and billing purposes in connection
with providing you with products you have purchased. Other Sharing. AWARE SEARCH may

in interest to AWARE SEARCH, such as a company that acquires AWARE SEARCH.
AWARE SEARCH may also disclose your Personally Identifiable Information if it

or if AWARE SEARCH determines that it needs to share such information to
protect or enforce AWARE SEARCH’S rights or the rights of another user.
Receiving Communications And Opting Out.
During the registration process, you can “opt out” of receiving
certain communications from us. Also, you can later “opt out” by
clicking on a box and removing the check mark from it. Correction And Deletion Of Information.
You can obtain a copy of your Personally Identifiable Information by emailing
us at <support@AwareSearch.com>. For your protection, you will be
required to provide proof of your identity to obtain a copy of your
Personally Identifiable Information. You may correct any errors in your
Personally Identifiable Information by providing AWARE SEARCH with the
correct information. In addition, AWARE SEARCH will delete all of your
Personally Identifiable Information (except for your transaction history)
from our records upon your request. However, if you choose to delete your
Personally Identifiable Information, you may not be able to access some areas
of our Site.
Third Parties. AWARE SEARCH does
not control the privacy policies of our advertisers or other third parties,
including the shopping cart which is hosted by a third party, that have
websites linked to the Site. If you click on an advertisement, link or
shopping cart, the privacy policies of the website that you link to will
govern the use of your information by that website’s operator. AWARE
SEARCH assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions of such third
parties with respect to their use of your information or otherwise.
Accordingly, make sure you are aware of and comfortable with the privacy
policies of any third-party websites you link to. In addition, you should be
aware that third-party websites that you link to from our Site have their own
information collection practices and privacy policies. Disclosure Of Information In Public Areas.
If you voluntarily disclose Personally Identifiable Information in a public
area of the Site, such as our message board, that information may be
collected and used by a third party to send you unsolicited messages,
advertisements or for other purposes. AWARE SEARCH does not control the
actions of these third parties in public areas of the Site. Any information
you disclose when posting a message in these areas, along with your Member
ID, becomes public and may be used by AWARE SEARCH for related online and
promotional uses. If you disclose Personally Identifiable Information in a
public area, you do so at your own risk. No absolute safeguards.
Although we will use reasonable efforts to safeguard the privacy of your
information, transmissions on the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure.
Therefore, please be advised, that the Internet and other various networking
communication media are not entirely secure, and your information may
therefore be subject to interception or loss which is beyond our control.
Accordingly, AWARE SEARCH assumes no responsibility or liability for
disclosure of any of your information (personally identifiable or otherwise)
due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access or other
causes beyond AWARE SEARCH’S reasonable control.
Please remember that protection of your
privacy begins with you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the
secrecy of any password you use to register. Always be careful and
responsible when disclosing information online.
AWARE SEARCH feels strongly about
protecting the privacy of children. We encourage children to involve their
parents in any interactive activity they participate in online. We will not
knowingly collect or use any personal information from children we know to be
under the age of thirteen (13). In addition, once we are notified, we will
delete any information in our databases that originates from a child under
the age of thirteen (13).
When you use the Site, you are accepting
